I ordered 3 different types of labels for my label printer, 2 arrived and 1 did not. I sent an email to them, and they never responded.
The 2 that did arrive, arrived quickly however I was missing my most important item.
This item never got delivered and no matter how many times I tried contacting support I still haven't been responded to and nothing has been delivered. Its been two months now. This isn't the first time this has happened. Its hard writing a bad review for another ecom site because you know how much reviews are worth, but I'm sick of nobody being held accountable here. These guys are super dodgey and its sad to see a business that could do so well have the shitest customer support and service
I’d like to start off by mentioning that I’m a first time user of thermal printers I knew absolutely nothing about them and yet this has been my go to not just for shipping labels but as you can see for thank you stickers and ways to promote my business .
I was able to install this no problem , it came with everything I needed to set up and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes .
It’s easy to use and easy to set printing preferences, I haven’t had a single issue with it and it is the most versatile printer in my business .
As a small business owner this is something I recommend to everyone that needs a professional set up .
