Skip the boring stuff—here’s what you need to know:

If any of these happen:

• ⚠️ Item is defective or damaged

• 🤔 Changed your mind

⏰ Returns Window

Our returns policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, returns after 60 days cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• Must be in the original packaging

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Some situations may only allow partial refunds (see Refunds section).

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

1. We’ll send you an email confirming receipt

2. We’ll notify you if the refund is approved or rejected

Once approved, the refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check with your financial institution (e.g., PayPal, bank)

• Still missing? Contact us at support@hotlabel.co and we’ll help resolve it

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if:

• Defective or damaged

• Wrong item sent
